2. Service Description

KuruKuru provides AI-powered office automation tools including OCR, spreadsheet analysis, chart generation, task management, and document handling. Features are provided "as is" and may change over time as the platform evolves in beta.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to upload malicious content. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or disrupt the platform.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all files and content you upload. KuruKuru claims no intellectual property rights over your data. The platform itself, including its code, design, and branding, is the property of KuruKuru.

5. Limitation of Liability

KuruKuru is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of AI processing, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KuruKuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
