2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and improve the KuruKuru service: processing AI-powered OCR, spreadsheet analysis, report generation, and task management. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. AI Processing

Files you upload for OCR, analysis, or AI-powered features are processed through our AI backend (Ollama Cloud). Extracted text and analysis results are stored temporarily and accessible only to you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained until you delete your account. Uploaded files and extracted content are retained for the duration of your subscription or until manually deleted. Certain extractions may auto-expire after a defined period.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
